All of it. Our crews are based in downtown St. Petersburg and cover the whole county, from the Skyway and the south beaches up through Largo, Clearwater, Dunedin, and Tarpon Springs. Estimates are free and there is no travel charge anywhere in the county.
When is the best time to paint a house exterior in St. Petersburg?
October through May. Humidity is lower, surfaces stay cooler, and there are no daily afternoon storms, so paint cures evenly. We paint exteriors in summer too, working mornings and watching radar, but the dry season gives the most predictable schedule. Interior work is scheduled year-round.
How long will exterior paint last on a St. Petersburg home?
With proper prep and a quality 100% acrylic coating, most homes here get five to eight years before they need a refresh. Homes right on the water, sun-facing walls, and dark colors fade first. Light colors and premium coastal-rated lines last longest.
Do you work with condo associations and property managers?

Can you paint my business without closing it?

My home was built before 1978. Does that change anything?
It can. Homes in the Old Northeast, Kenwood, and the other historic neighborhoods may have layers of lead-based paint under the surface. Tell us the age of your home when you request an estimate and we will walk you through how we handle prep so dust and chips are contained.
Do you provide the paint, and which brands do you use?
Yes, paint and materials are included in your estimate. We work primarily with Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore lines formulated for Florida sun, humidity, and coastal exposure, and we are happy to use a specific product if you have one in mind.
