Do you charge extra to come out to Largo?
No. Largo is part of our core Pinellas County service area. Estimates are free and there is no travel charge.
When is the best time to paint a house exterior in Largo?
October through May. Humidity is lower, surfaces stay cooler, and there are no daily afternoon storms, so paint cures evenly. We paint exteriors in summer too, working mornings and watching radar, but the dry season gives the most predictable schedule. Interior work is scheduled year-round.
My community has an HOA. Can you help with color approval?
Yes. Many Largo associations require approval for exterior colors. We supply color samples, product data sheets, and anything else your architectural committee asks for, and we work from your community's approved palette so the first submission is the last.
Do you work with condo associations and property managers?
Yes. We provide written proposals, certificates of insurance, resident notices, and phased schedules, and we can present to the board. We coordinate elevator reservations, access, and working hours with the management office.
Do you seal stucco cracks before painting?
Yes. Hairline cracks are filled with elastomeric patching compound and wider cracks are routed and sealed. Painting over unsealed cracks lets water in behind the coating, which is how blistering starts.
Do you also paint in Belleair Bluffs, Ridgecrest, and Walsingham?
Yes. All of central Pinellas is inside our regular service area, and our crews are there daily.
