My subdivision has an HOA. Can you help with color approval?
Yes. We supply color samples, product data sheets, and anything else your architectural committee asks for. If your association publishes an approved palette, we will work from it so approval is quick.
When should I schedule an exterior repaint in Granger?
Exterior paint needs surface and air temperatures above 50°F to cure, so the season here runs from about May through October. Spring fills up first. If you want a summer date, reach out in late winter or early spring.
What kind of prep does a 20-year-old vinyl or fiber cement exterior need?
A thorough wash to remove chalk and mildew, new caulk at every trim joint and window, scraping and priming of any bare or peeling wood trim, and a bonding primer on chalky surfaces. Prep is most of the work on a first repaint, and it is what determines how long the new coat lasts.
Can you refinish the oak cabinets that came with my home?
Yes. Builder-grade oak refinishes very well. We remove and label the doors and drawer fronts, degrease and sand everything, apply a bonding primer, fill the grain if you want a smooth look, and spray cabinet-grade enamel for a factory-style finish.
